So glad to have stumbled across your site! I was doing a search for potato rosemary pizza (which I SO enjoyed on a little street corner just south of Piazza Navona in Rome) when I found your blog. I also tried potato rosemary ‘za in Italy. I’ve only found one place in Detroit that serves it, but you have to special order it (known by few and kept that way for some weird reason). Now I can make my own…

I see you are doing the Kitchen Sense, too. Good deal. Can’t go wrong with potatoes. By the way, what did you think of Davis’ use of Lard all over that book, including the instructions on how to make it?

I love this idea! I’m allergic to milk, and it’s so hard to find pizza substitutes or pizza without cheese. This sounds like the perfect solution for my pizza cravings.

Yum, it looks great. It’s kinda like my favorite pizza at the California Pizza Kitchen, but I’m sure your home-made stuff is way better.
