curries are probably the easiest thing to make once you have all the right ingredients. of course there are some curry recipes which are more complicatedl which i reserve for weekends... but otherwise when i make a curry during the week it takes me less than 10 minutes to prep and 20 minutes on a slow simmer to get beef or chicken tender.</description>
